Thursday Thoughts

Thursday Thoughts

Today is our Christmas Concert!  The doors to the school will be open at 6:40pm, and Mrs. Layher asks that all students are in their classrooms at 6:45pm sharp.  Please allow a few extra moments for parking, as it can sometimes be tricky!  As is our Parent Council’s tradition, there will be fabulous gift baskets raffled off (cash only please) to help recover costs of the concert, and help support the school.  Mrs. Layher and the students have been working very hard on this evening’s performance, we hope you enjoy the evening!

While you’re at the school, be sure to check out the lost and found, it’s quite full of missing treasures!

The school, along with the CWL and parent volunteers are pleased to be offering a school wide turkey dinner for lunch tomorrow following Mass.  We will be eating dinner as a school family in the gym.  We will be providing turkey “and all the fixins” for lunch.  If your child doesn’t care for this, please feel free to send a normal lunch for them to enjoy with us!

The Spirit of giving has been felt strongly in the halls of St. Mary’s this year.  We would like to extend a huge thank you to all who have been able to support the many service projects and acts of kindness that our students and staff have been doing, such as the smitten tree, toy drive and gifts of time.  These projects do help us instill the true meaning of Christmas, and your generosity is appreciated!

See you this evening!
